Many standard sizes are available (as seen in the chart below), as well as custom shade structures build to your specifications. Our shade structures are industrial strength, meaning that they resists winds blowing at speeds up to 80 mph, and their steel frames are rated up to 150 mph. 2-Post Rectangle Shade Structure
(Interior Post) This shade structure has a rectangular canopy, and the posts are located on the hip of the canopy. These are great for picnic areas and playgrounds, because there are no outside posts for people to avoid.
4-Post Rectangle Shade Structure
(Exterior Post) This shade structure is the most common type of shade structure. 4-post rectangular shades are available in many sizes, with a post at each
corner. This creates stability & offers clear space underneath the shade.
Please note: The various sizes listed below do not cover our full line of
structures -- custom units can be designed to fit your needs and
playground. Also, prices listed below are
for shade structures with quick-release Glide Elbows at each corner (the recommended
configuration for seasonal removal of shade fabric), with in-ground mount (secured with concrete). Finally, the shade height shown is the height of the outside edge of the shade above ground level. This height does not include any depth needed below ground level, to account for playground surfacing materials.
